Can I order from another country?
Yes you can! CORE-POINT ships on a daily basis to customers worldwide. Most orders are shipped within few hours providing all details have been provided and payment has been approved. Under normal circumstances, an email is then sent to you confirming that your order has been processed and has left our premises for delivery.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
This depends on the method of shipping requested and the country of destination.

How do I place order?
Select a product category from the menu banner on the left.
Click on an item, choose a size and 'Add to Bag'.
Continue shopping for additional gear or 'View Bag' to proceed to check out.
How can I be sure my order went through?
When we receive your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation usually within minutes. If you do not receive an e-mail call us at (852) 2982 0944 before placing another order.
What to do if I don't like an item purchased?
If the item is in original condition and not worn, simply email or telephone us with your invoice number and your requirements and send the original item back to us by post within 15 days of receipt of delivery. We will exchange it or give you a refund.
What if my package is not delivered?
Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense.
Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer for any reason will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense.
