Place order
Select a fit from the menu banner. Click on an item, choose a size and 'Add to Bag'. Continue shopping for additional gear or 'View Bag' to proceed to check out.
When you 'Add to Bag', the items will be placed in your shopping bag until you check out. You can review your bag anytime by clicking on the 'View Bag' button..
If an item that you selected is not appearing in your shopping bag, double check its availability.
To remove anything from your shopping bag, click on 'Delete'.

Check out
Checking out is easy and fast, in five steps only:

1.Review your order
Click on the 'Check out' button. Your shopping bag appears and you can review your order.

2. Address
Click on the 'Checkout' button to advance on to the 'Address' page. Here you will enter your Shipping and billing addresses.

3.Summary: review and confirm
Click on the 'Proceed' button to advance to the 'Summary' page. Verify your Shipping and billing addresses.

4. Payment
Click 'Process to payment' to finish checking out. Your order will not be received until you click this button. You will be then redirected to Payal secure serevrs to proceed to payment.

5. Receipt
After you have executed your payment, you will receive an order number so you can follow up your order status.
You can track your order on this website anytime here: track your order. All you will need is your e-mail and your order number.
You will receive an email from Paypal confirming your payment has been received generally in a few minutes.



How do I pay for my order?
At the present time we accept credit and debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
If you have a paypal account, you can pay directly from your paypal account...even faster!



How is sales tax calculated?
Applicable sales/duties tax are calculated according to the country to where it is being shipped.
It is important to note that import taxes and charges are NOT included in the price of your order. The majority of shipments are delivered free of customs taxes and duties however occasionally the destination country's customs agency may select your shipment for assessment and could charge these duties and taxes. This charge varies from country to country and will not be covered by CORE-POINT.



How long will it take for my order to arrive?
This depends on the method of shipping requested and the country of destination.
Usually delivery is between 1-15 days. It can happen that the customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security measure.
Most of the time it will take less than 5 working days for an international order shipped by express delivery and around 10 working days if shipped by air mail.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.



How do I order and send a gift to someone?
Fill out the recipient's info in 'Shipping Address' (tick "send to another address in the address form") and if you whish please contact us with your order number to join a message.
